The breakfast here is absolutely amazing with a fantastic variety of food to choose from. the rooms are spotless and really relaxing, plus you get great views of Merapi mountain. the location couldn't be better—it's within walking distance of everything! 🌄.

This hotel is just about 1 km from the airport, which is super convenient. The double room I stayed in was luxurious and had an incredibly comfy bed. 🛏️.

loved the neat and air conditioned room, and the exceptional view of the hotel which is you can view merapi mountain. the pool was very clean and i had soft drinks in the salad bar.

This hotel offers superb service, delicious food, and very comfortable, air-conditioned rooms with clean bathrooms.

It's a first class hotel with big room, good scenery, good facilities and courteous and friendly staff

The electrical power trip few times though momentarily. The WiFi in the room at level 5 is poor hardly getting access to Internet.

It's a new hotel, still in the soft opening stage. The public spaces are very modern designed, and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is an extravaganza feast. The stuff tries very hard but they are green behind the ears.

The hotel is still being renovated and you feel the work everywhere. Around the pool, in your room and in public places. It is noisy and feels like a constraction sight in some areas. They give great promotional prices, but then they don't take care of you. I had to threaten to call the tourist police in order to get constraction work stop at 10 pm.

I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed dining at the lobby restaurant until late, trying out a variety of delicious meals while enjoying magnificent views of the volcano.

Rooms very comfortable, staff very friendly & helpful and the shopping mall next to it is great for shopping and eating. Also, a good base to explore Yoyakarta from.

There was no bar or live music in the evening but I can recommend the Balcony Restaurant & bar in the mall next door.

New hotel, near the airport

The room that I stayed in was not fully equipped that I need to call housekeeping back and forth for slippers.

The breakfast at Royal Ambarrukmo was absolutely amazing. The buffet offered a wide range of local and international options that were all delicious. It was definitely the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The hotel's location was also superb, as it was conveniently located near the airport and right next to the Ambarrukmo mall. The hotel even provided a great driver service, which we used to visit the famous Borobudur temple. The swimming pool was perfect for my little kids, and they also loved the nice little playground. The hotel's garden was beautiful and added to the overall ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with warm and woody tones. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Royal Ambarrukmo for an enjoyable stay in Yogyakarta.
